Some neighbours have a lot on their plate. Maybe it’s an older homeowner who can no longer keep up with the grass. Maybe it’s a family dealing with a tough season. Sometimes a little help outside makes a big difference inside.
That’s why we created the Good Neighbour Program. For every 10 active paying weekly mowing customers, Jordy’s aims to provide one eligible Windsor–Essex household with complimentary weekly lawn mowing for a defined service period.
It’s our way of turning everyday lawn care into something that helps the whole neighbourhood.

How the program works.
Is the Good Neighbour Program free?
Yes. Selected households receive complimentary weekly lawn mowing for the agreed service period, subject to access, location and route availability.
Who can I nominate?
You can nominate a Windsor–Essex household that could genuinely use help maintaining its lawn, including seniors, caregivers and families facing difficult circumstances. Please do not submit private medical or financial information.
Does nominating someone guarantee a free lawn-care spot?
No. Nominations are reviewed privately. A nomination is not an entry into a random draw, and available spots depend on active paying customer milestones and service capacity.
How are spots unlocked?
Our goal is to fund one complimentary weekly mowing spot for every 10 active paying weekly mowing customers. We confirm each sponsored spot and its service period before promising service.
Will you contact the person I nominate?
We may first contact you to confirm basic details. We will not publicly share a nominee’s story or contact them without an appropriate reason and consent.
